摘要
随迁子女在输入地参加高考关涉教育公平,是构建和谐社会的需要。解决随迁子女在输入地参加高考的关键是高考的地域公平问题,应当循序渐进,分阶段、分步骤进行。当下,优先实行省域内随迁子女在输入地参加高考;近期,随迁子女使用户籍所在地试题在输入地参加高考,在户籍所在地进行录取;远期,让随迁子女与输入地子女以同等权利在输入地参加高考。
It concerns educational equity and is the necessity of constructing harmonious society for the children living with migrant workers to attend college entrance examination in input places, and this problem is related to regional equity. At present, within provinces, the children should be allowed to attend college entrance examination in input places. In the near future, the children would attend college entrance examination in input places with domicile examination questions and would be enrolled in domicile place.In the far future, the children would enjoy the equal rights with those children in input places and attend col- lege entrance examination in input places.
