民办高校专任师资稳定性研究——以厦门市民办高校为例

摘要 民办高校要发展,主要依赖于数量充足、质量可靠的师资队伍,尤其是专任师资队伍。当前,厦门市民办高校专任教师在数量规模上已经超过了外聘兼职教师,师资队伍建设进入质量建设阶段,而其质量建设的重要任务之一即是提高师资队伍的稳定性。笔者通过调查分析发现,薪酬待遇、职业发展机会以及社会地位认可是影响民办高校专任师资队伍稳定性的重要因素。最后,文章提出了提高民办高校师资队伍稳定性的相关措施。 Private universities depend largely on adequate, high-quality teaching staff, especially the full-time teaching staff. At present, the number of full-time teachers has exceeded the number of part-time teachers in private universities in Xiamen, and the quality of teaching staff is more and more important in the future. The main task of improving the quality is to increase the stability of the teachers. The investiga- tion results show that the remuneration, the opportunities of career development and the approval of social status are important factors affecting the stability of full-time teachers.Finally, the article puts forward some measures to increase the stability of the teachers in private universities.
