人类政治的两大基本问题是权力的产生与权力的控制。几千年来，人类在这两大政治问题上作了长期不懈的艰苦探索，且卓有建树，凸显出人类社会的政治文明。作为整个人类的政治发展进程的一个重要组成部分，当代中国政治发展也集中表现为围绕着上述两个方面，改革和完善现行政治体制，推进民主政治建设。

The two fundamental prombles in human politics are the emergence and control of power. Human being have been exploring hard these problems for thousands years and made great achievements projecting the political civilization of human society. Being an important part of the whole process of human political development, the political development in contemporary China is also epitomized around the above mentioned two aspects on reforming and perfecting the present political system, in addition, advancing the democratic political constraction.
