摘要
鉴于建筑工程作为建筑业产品,用料多而复杂,生产作业流动性大,生产周期较长等特点,首先强烈提倡"统一策划"、"统一设计"、"统一施工",最后"交钥匙"予业主,实行真正意义上的工程总承包模式,同时积极发展和形成以数字化为基础的全过程建筑信息模型;其次,要积极开发或引进用于解决高空、地下、水下及高危作业和高精准作业之需的自动化、智能化机械装备和检测装置;再次,创新发展走"绿色经济、绿色产业、绿色建筑"之路,推进和落实可量化的碳控理念,坚持不懈地践行可持续发展。
In view of the characteristics of construction product, including material consumption and complexity, large operation fluidity, long production cycle and so on, the authors strongly advocate unified plan and unified design and unified construction, then, putting into service, carrying out project delivery approach, developing recommended all-round building information modeling after optimized BIM; developing and introducing actively automatic and intelligent mechanical equipment and detecting device which can be used in the environment of altitude operations and underground operations and underwater operations and high-risk operations and high precision operations; developing green economy and green industry and green building, promoting and implementing quantifiable carbon control concept, unremittingly fulfilling sustainable development.
