摘要
介绍了国内外高层与超高层建筑的发展历史和技术发展情况。结合中国建筑工程总公司(以下简称"中国建筑")在高层与超高层建筑领域的技术发展情况,阐述了其在该领域的技术研究方向,包括千米级建筑建造技术,超深基坑技术,装备研究,钢结构制作安装,混凝土新材料等。指出高层与超高层建筑存在的问题,并提出了高层建筑应向绿色化、信息化和智能化方向发展。
Development history and technology development situation of tall and super tall buildings are introduced at home and abroad. Combined with technology development situation of China State Construction Engineering Corporation in construction field of tall and super tall buildings, the technological research direction is introduced, including the construction technology of a thousand meter scale building, relared technology of ultra-deep foundation excavation, related equipment research, manufacture and installation of steel structure, new material about concrete and so on. The author points out the problems in tall and super tall building construction, and puts forward the development directions of tall building, including greenization, informatization and intellectualization.
