摘要
桥梁转体法施工是桥梁结构在非设计轴线位置浇筑或拼接成型后,以简单的设备,利用桥梁结构做施工设施,利用摩擦系数很小的滑道及合理的转盘结构,将桥梁结构整体旋转到位。因在特殊条件下桥梁施工安全及质量、进度可靠保证,而被广泛应用。结合工程实例,对转体桥转体过程中T构平衡控制、滑道钢板和撑脚的清理、转体牵引同步控制、测量定位控制等精度控制进行阐述。
Swing construction is to cast or assemble a bridge structure at an off-axis position and then with simple facilities, swing the bridge to its position using sliding rails and rotating disk with small friction. This method is widely used, because it can ensure construction safety and guarantee the quality and progress of construction. Combined with a project example, this paper addressed the balance control for the T-shaped structure during swing, clearing of the plate and the foot support for the sliding rails, synchronized control of swing and pulling, measuring and positioning control, etc.
