摘要
襄樊内环线汉江三桥主桥为双塔、双索斜拉桥,其承台桩基为直径2m、长75m的C30混凝土钻孔灌注桩。针对该桥水中桩基地质复杂及桩长较长的工程特点和难点,通过试桩工程试验,总结了相应的施工工艺与技术措施,如钻机选择、泥浆配备、钻进过程控制、混凝土灌注等。施工结果表明,经过成桩检测,主桥承台桩基全部达到I类桩标准,桩基质量符合设计及相关规范要求。
The main bridge of Hanjiang the Third Bridge is cable-stayed bridge with double towers and double cables,of which the pile foundation of pile cap is C30 concrete bored pile with Ф2m and 75m long. According to the engineering characteristics and difficulty that geological conditions of pile foundation is complicated and pile length is long, through engineering test for test pile, the authors summarize construction technology and technical measures, including drill selection, mud equipping, control of drilling process, concrete pouring and so on. Practice shows that pile foundation quality of pile cap for main bridge requires I standards, and meets the requirement of design and related specifications.
