引气减水剂对机场道面抗折抗冻性能影响研究

摘要 引气减水剂是指能在混凝土中同时具有引入微小气泡和对水泥颗粒起分散、润湿双重作用的外加剂,不仅起到良好的抗冻作用还能克服因含气带来的混凝土强度降低的不利因素。对掺加4种不同比例AJF-6引气减水剂的混凝土进行了抗折以及冻融循环试验,试验结果表明,AJF-6高效引气减水剂掺量为水泥用量的2.5%时能有效提高混凝土密实度,28d抗折强度提高了18.8%,300次冻融循环后相对动弹性模量达78.9%。 Air-entraining superplasticizer is one of the admixtures that with the introduction of tiny air bubbles in concrete and disperse or wet cement particles at the same time, not only to play a good the frost role can overcome the strength of concrete due to gas-bearing reducing the adverse factors. This paper introduces on the different proportion of mixing four kinds of AJF-6 air-entraining superplasticizer concrete bending as well as freeze-thaw cycle test. The results show that AJF-efficient air-entraining water-reducing agent content of 2. 5% of the amount of cement can improve concrete density, and 28 days flexural strength increased 18.8% ,relative dynamic elastic modulus after 300 freeze-thaw cycle amounted to 78.9%.
