摘要 随着国民经济和施工技术的发展,建筑规模不断扩大,建筑高度不断增加,超高层建筑在结构施工过程中涉及高空作业的安全防护。结合天津嘉里中心公寓楼工程,详细介绍了公寓楼爬架施工的难点和特点,以及爬架施工技术。在该工程中采用新型可遥控爬架作为外防护,该新型爬架具备可遥控性和新型防坠系统等特点,适用于结构平面外形变化不大的超高层建筑施工。 With development of national economy and construction technology, constant enlargement of building scale, continuous increase of building height, safety protection for aerial work is involved in structure construction of super tall buildings. Based on Tianjin Jiali Center Apartment engineering, the authors introduce the difficulties and characteristics in climbing scaffold construction, construction technology of climbing scaffold. New climbing scaffolds with remote control as external protection facility are used in the engineering, the new climbing scaffolds have new anti-fall system, which are suitable for the super tall buildings with little change for structure plan contour.
