摘要
大断面暗挖地铁车站普遍采用双侧壁导坑法施工,在完成双侧壁开挖后,中间留下了高大核心土,要进行下一道工序二衬的施工,则必须先拆除高大核心土,将拱顶初支闭合,保证初期支护整体结构稳定,避免出现拱顶塌方、沉降等安全事故。结合重庆市轨道交通6号线小什字车站工程,介绍了在采用双侧壁导坑法完成双侧壁开挖后,运用自由伸缩手臂多功能型钢台车拆除18m高、6m宽高大核心土的施工情况,探讨了特大断面暗挖隧道安全拆除高大核心土施工技术。
Both side heading method is used in large section subway station construction with subsurface excavation. There is a tall core soil left after the excavation of double walls. Before undertaking the construction process of the second line, the tall core soil must be dismantled and the primary support must be closed to ensure primary support stable and to avoid the vault sinking. Combined with Xiaoshizi station construction for the urban light-rail line 6 in Chongqing. Excavating the core soil with eighteen meters high and six meters wide by free expansion arm multi-function steel trolley using both side heading method to excavate the double walls, the author introduces the construction technology of the tall core soil dismantled safely.
