云南承接东部产业转移的条件和能力研究

产业的转移与承接是产业结构合理化和高度化的重要途径,是经济发展的重要推动力。当前,东部地区的传统产业逐步向西部地区转移,云南应抓住此重要机遇,积极承接东部产业的转移。由于云南地处西南边疆,资源丰富、人口众多、市场广阔,同时紧邻东南亚和南亚,有很强的辐射力,在承接东部产业转移的趋势下,条件十分优越。从云南承接东部产业转移的吸引力、选择力、支撑力和发展力等方面,分析了云南应根据自身条件来提升承接东部产业转移能力,以促进云南经济又快又好发展。

The transfer and acceptance of industry was an important way to the rationalization and sophistication of industrial structure, and was an important driving force of economic development. At present, the traditional industries of the eastern region were gradually transfering to the western region, Yunnan should seize this important opportunity and actively undertaked the transfer of the eastern industrial. Yunnan located in the southwest border, and had rich resources, large population and vast market, there was strong radiation because of closely the Southeast and South Asia, the condi- tions of Yunnan were favorable for undertaking eastern industrial transfer. In order to promote the rapid and healthy development of Yunnan＇s econo- my, from four aspects including the attractiveness force, the selection force, the supporting force and the development force of undertaking the eastern industrial transfer in Yunnan,it analyzed how to improve to undertake capacity according to its own conditions.
