电针、推拿及中频理疗治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的前瞻、随机、对照性研究

A prospective randomized controlled trial of electro-acupuncture combined with massage and mid frequency physical therapy in the treatment of fasciitis of waist and back muscles

目的观察电针联合推拿及中频理疗治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的效果。方法将确诊为腰背肌筋膜炎的184例患者随机分为2组,每组92例。实验组采用电针联合推拿及中频理疗治疗,对照组给予口服非甾体药物治疗。观察2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)和日常活动功能情况(Barthel指数和SF-36评分)。结果所有患者随访半年以上,实验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),2组患者的VAS评分治疗后均有明显改善,2组患者之间比较,各个时段的VAS评分均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),但2组患者治疗前后Barthel指数和SF-36评分均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论电针联合推拿及中频理疗治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效好于口服非甾体药物治疗,并且病程越短,治疗效果越好,尤其适合于基层医院开展。

Objective It is to observe the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with massage and physical therapy in the treatment of fasciitis of waist and back muscles. Methods 184 patients diagnosed as fasciitis of waist and back muscles were randomly divided into experiment group （92 cases） and control group （92 cases） , the experiment group was given elec- tro-acupuncture combined with massage and physical therapy, while the control group was received medicine therapy with NSAID by oral administration. The clinical therapeutic effects, VAS score, daily activity function （Barthel index and SF- 36 score） were observed and recorded before and after treatment in both groups. Results All patients were followed up for more than 6 months. The clinical therapeutic effects of experiment group was superior to that of control group（P 〈 0.05 ） , the VAS score in both groups were improved obviously （P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 O. 05 ） , and there was remarkable difference between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but the changes of daily activity function after treatment were not ~significantly different be- tween two groups. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effects of electro-acupuncture combined with massage and physical therapy was better than that of medicine therapy with NSAID in the treatment of fasciitis of waist and back muscles, the shorter of the course, the better of the efficacy, this method of treating of fasciitis of waist and back muscles is relative ideal, and it suits to primary hospitals especially.
