顺行性下肢静脉造影在下肢静脉疾病诊断中的应用价值

Application of Ascending Venography of Lower Extremity for the Diagnosis of Venous Diseases

目的：分析顺行性下肢静脉造影的X线表现,评价顺行性下肢静脉造影对下肢静脉疾病的诊断价值。方法：对我院2009~2011年120例临床诊断为下肢静脉疾病患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果：120例患者159条肢体进行了下肢顺行性静脉造影,其中静脉逆流性疾病137例,静脉阻塞性疾病19例,静脉瘤样扩张性疾病3例。结论：顺行性下肢静脉造影是诊断下肢静脉疾病的首选和可靠方法,可为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective：To analysis imaging data of venus diseases of lower extremity,and to evaluate the diagnosis value of ascending venography of lower extremity.Methods：Imaging findings of 120 patients diagnososed of venous diseases of lower extremity were retrospectively analyzed.Results：There were 120 cases with 159 lower extremities,venous reflux diseases was seen in 137 cases,venous occlusive diseases of lower extremity in 19 cases,dilated vein tumor-like diseases in 3 cases.Conclusions：Ascending venography of lower extremity is the first modality of choice and reliable method for venous diseases of lower extremity,and can provide precious information for diagnosis and planning theraphy.
