摘要 心型脂肪酸结合蛋白是一种可溶性细胞质蛋白,在脑细胞内有所表达。当病人患急性脑梗死时,早期心型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平明显升高,敏感性优于传统的生物学指标神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及S100B,浓度与脑梗死的面积和神经缺损功能相关联,有可能成为早期诊断脑梗死的新型生物学指标。 Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein is a soluble cytoplasmic protein,and expressed in the brain cells.The levels of heart-type fatty acid-binding protein were significantly increased in serum in the early stage of cerebral infarction,While pati-ents were suffering from acute cerebral infarction.it is more sensitive than conventional neuro-biochemical markers,named neuron specific enolase(NSE) and S100B.The concentrations of serum were associated with the areas and injured neurological functions.So it is potential to be a new type of neuro-biochemical markers for the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
