Evaluation of SYSMEX XE-5000 SYSMEX XE-2100 BEKMANCOULTER AC.T 5diff of Hematology Analyzer in Whole Blood Cells

目的:通过全血标本的检测,对SYSMEX XE-5000、SYSMEX XE-2100、BEKMAN-COUL-TER AC.T 5diff血细胞仪的主要性能进行分析。方法:以卫生部提供的临检室血细胞质量评比液和我院随机病人抗凝全血标本,按说明操作SYSMEXXE-5000、XE-2100、BEKMAN-COULTERAC.T 5diff血细胞仪,进行标本检测,测定白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HBG)、血小板(PLT)总变异系数、准确性。结果:三种仪器的WBC、RBC、HBG的总变异系数相近,随机病人检测结果统计学分析表明,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:SYSMEX XE-5000、XE-2100、BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff血细胞分析仪均可运用于临床检测中。

Objective：To evaluate primarily SYSMEXXE-2100、SYSMEX XE-2100 and BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff hematology analyzers by anticoagulation blood samples from randomized patients.Methods：To measure total coefficient of variation and the precision of WBC、RBC、HBG and PLT according to these instructions by quality appraisal specimens from Clinical laboratory of The Ministry of Health and anticoagulation blood samples from randomized patients.Results： The statistics showed these results of randomized patients are not different from three kinds of hematology analyzers.Meanwhile total coefficient of variation of WBC、RBC and HBG are approximated to.Conclusion：SYSMEX XE-2100、ABBOTT CD-3200 and BEKMAN-COULTER AC.T 5diff hematology analyzers are suit for applying in clinical laboratory.
