摘要
目的：探讨改良式B-lynch缝合加水囊宫腔压迫止血术在产后出血中的临床实用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年1月~2012年4月住院分娩的26例产后出血的病例,经常规治疗不能控制出血时,运用改良式B-Lynch缝合加水囊宫腔压迫止血术。结果：26例均抢救成功,有效止血,保留了子宫及其生理功能,术后未发生严重并发症。结论：改良式B-Lynch缝合加水囊宫腔压迫止血术是抢救产后出血的有效方法之一。
Objective：To assess modified B-lynch suture and placed water capsule in uterin cavity in the postpartum caused by uterine inertia.Methods：Retrospective analysis was done on the 26 cases of incurable postpartum underwent ascending modified B-lynch suture and placed water capsule in uterin cavity from Jan 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital,when the hemorrhage couldn＇t be treated routinely.Results： All cases were rescued successfully,Hemostasis achieved,preservering uterus and it＇s physiological functions,no complication took place.Conclusions： Ascending modified B-lynch suture and placed water capsule in uterin cavity is one of effective treatment for postpartum hemorrhage.
