复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎109例疗效观察

Observation of the effect of complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus in the adjuvant treatment of 109 children with bronchial pneumonia

目的探讨复合脉冲磁性治疗仪在小儿支气管肺炎中的临床疗效。方法选择218例患儿随机分为观察组(复合脉冲磁性治疗仪加常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各109例,进行治疗效果观察。结果观察组治愈率、退热时间、喘息消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、平均住院天数等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗支气管肺炎,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 218 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly and evenly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group were given the conventional treatment combined with complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus, and the control group were given only the conventional treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of the cure rate, time of pyretulysis, disappearance of wheeze and pulmonary rales, and the average duration of hospital stay were more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus has a very significant effect on bronchial pneumonia.
