摘要
目的探讨COPD患者血清中SOD、LPO和GSH-PX含量的变化及意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法和化学法对33例COPD患者进行了SOD、LPO、GSH-PX水平的检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果 COPD患者血清SOD、GSH-PX水平明显低于正常人组(P<0.01),而LPO水平则显著高于正常人组(P<0.01),且血清SOD水平与GSH-PX呈正相关(γ=0.6138 P<0.01),与LPO水平呈负相关(γ=-0.4384,P<0.01)。结论血清SOD、LPO、GSH-PX水平的变化与COPD患者的发生和发展密切相关。
Objective To explore the changes of serum SOD, LPO and GSH - PX levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) and the clinical significance. Methods The study selected 33 patients with COPD as the experiment group and 35 healthy people as the control group. The levels of serum SOD, LPO and GSH-PX were detected by RIA and biochemical method. Results The levels of serum SOD and GSH-PX were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the controls, but the level of LPO was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P 〈0. 01 ). The level of serum SOD was positively correlated with GSH-PX (y= 0.6138, P〈0.01), and negatively correlated with LPO (y= -0.4384, P〈0.01). Conclusion Thelevels of serum SOD, LPO and GSH-PX are closely correlated to the severity of COPD.
