摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）和肺癌是全球高死亡率的疾病，COPD可以增加患肺癌的风险，是肺癌的重要的独立危险因素，这两者均是吸烟相关性疾病。香烟烟雾中含有多种氧化剂及活性化合物，
