摘要
特殊需要儿童的教育是随着人们对特殊需要儿童的深入认识而逐步产生和发展的,英国特殊需要儿童教育发展到今天大致经历了教育排斥、隔离教育、一体化教育和全纳教育四个历史时期,而且,在当今复杂的社会大环境中,特殊需要儿童的教育涉及到人权、平等、公平等问题,所以,全纳教育不会是特殊需要儿童教育的归宿,时代需要一种更高效的教育理念来指导英国乃至全世界的特殊需要儿童教育。
The education for children with special needs emerged and has been developing with the gradually deeper understanding of children with special needs. The development of British education for children with special needs has gone through four historical periods, including education exclusion, isolation education, integrated education and inclusive education. But in today's complex social environment, the education for children with special needs is related to human rights, equality, fairness and so on. Therefore, inclusive education is not the destination of the education for children with special needs, the era needs more efficient educational philosophy to guide the education for children with special needs both in the UK and even all around the world.
