摘要 Toll样受体(TLR)通过富亮氨酸重复序列识别不同病原体表面共有且进化高度保守的特定分子结构,引发细胞内信号传导及炎症递质释放,启动宿主的免疫反应,而TLR介导的牙髓细胞内信号通路对机体的免疫反应具有重要的调控作用。本文就TLR在牙髓组织中的表达,TLR信号通路,TLR在牙髓炎症治疗中的应用前景等研究进展作一综述,以期丰富牙髓炎的发生机制,为牙髓炎的临床药物研发提供新的思路。 Toll-like receptor (TLR) can trigger intracellular signal transductions and release antimicrobial pro- inflammatory factors, ultimately activating the host immune response by recognizing the evolutionarily conserved structures on pathogens through ligand-binding domain, which contains leucine-rich repeat motifs. The intracellular signal pathways in pulp cells mediated by TLR have important regulatory effects on body immune responses. Thus, this focus review on the expression of TLR in dental pulp tissues, the TLR signal pathways, and the possible great therapeutic implications in curing pulpitis diseases. By doing so, we aim to perfect the theory of pulpitis pathogenesis, and to provide a new angle for developing medical drugs in controlling the pulpitis problems.
