摘要 白色假丝酵母菌是一种重要的机会致病真菌,其致病过程包括菌体对宿主细胞的黏附、入侵和损害三个阶段,依赖于黏附蛋白和易于侵入宿主细胞的酶、菌体形态及表型的转换等毒力因素实现,本文就其整个致病过程与上述毒力因素相关的主要基因作一综述。 Saccharomyces albicans is an important invading and damaging to host ceils, which depends on morphology, phenotype of conversion.
