Taking the construction controlling network at Ghez Hydro-power Station as the example, the paper introduces the working procedure for the establishment of GPS construction controlling network, undertakes the statistic analysis of its accuracy, and sums up the experience in the construction, and points out some precautions in the measurement process of GPS controlling network, so as to provide some reference for similar hydraulic measurement in future.
