结合质量管理相关理论及公路施工特点,以具体工程为例对公路工程质量管理进行了探讨,从质量体系、管理组织机构、质量控制要点等方面进行了论述,并针对各类质量通病产生的原因提出了相应措施,以确保公路施工质量。

Combining with the relative theories of the quality management and features for the road construction, the paper explores the quality management of road projects by taking some factual projects as the example, indicates from the quality system, the management organization in- stitutes, and the quality control points, and points out respective measures according to various quality common diseases, so as to ensure the construction quality of the roads.
