摘要
介绍了工程量清单计价的优点,并针对采用工程量清单计价方式在招标、项目构成、评标等环节存在的问题进行了分析,提出行政部门应制定相应的政策和法规,并在具体实施过程中给予相应支持。
The paper introduces the advantages of engineering bill of quantities, analyzes some problems in the engineering bill quantities in the bidding, the program components and the bidding evaluation, and points out the respective policies and regulations should be made by adminis- trative departments, and provide respective supports in the factual implementation process.
