As the instructor and leader for the university students＂ growth of talent, guidance counselor also play a pivotal role in the process of graduates＂ employment, work as a kind of important social relationship capital available. This paper digs into the guidance counselors＂ unique advantages carrying on work in graduates＂ employment, analyzes the problems and challenges faced in the counselors＂ work under way, focuses on the research into strategies that helps the counselor play a role in the graduates＂ employment.
