机舱罩作为风力发电机组保护壳体,其可靠性决定了风电机组运行的稳定性和使用寿命。本文结合玻璃钢材料、成型工艺、模具要求、尺寸控制、质量缺陷等多方面内容对风力发电机组机舱罩的制造过程进行简述。
As protective shell of wind turbine generator system(WTGS), the reliability of nacelle housing determinates the reliability and service life of WTGS. The paper outlines the manufacturing process of the WTGS nacelle housing, including material of GRP, forming technique, requirements of mold, dimensional control and quality defects.
