摘要
我国房地产项目设计阶段存在的问题主要是由于缺乏及时有效的管理措施所造成的。在房地产开发项目中,一方面,设计决定了未来消费者对产品的满意度,也就决定了产品可能带来的收益值,另一方面设计决定了产品的大部分支出。二者相减即为公司所获利润。
The problem of China's real estate project in the design stage is mainly due to the lack of timely and effective management measures. In real estate development projects, on the one hand, design determines the satisfaction of consumer to the future products, thus decides the profit the product may bring, on the other hand, design decides most of spending. Subtraction of these two factors is the profit of the company.
