摘要
笔者从演化经济学角度对企业文化演化过程进行分析,认为企业文化是一个不断进行"遗传——变异——选择——保留"的螺旋上升过程,企业文化的演化与企业结构、技术、目标演化存在协同关系。从这一结论出发,结合企业演化过程中的诸多影响因素,对企业文化建设提出建议。
The author analyzes the evolution of corporate culture from the perspective of evolutionary economics, thinks the enterprise culture is an ongoing "genetic-variation-choice-keep" spiral process, enterprise culture evolution and enterprise structure, technological evolution, objectives are in collaborative relationship. From this conclusion, combined with many influence factors in the evolution process of enterprise, and makes some suggestions to the corporate culture construction.
