摘要
本文提出可通过扩展ISUP信令的方式,实现尽短占用交换机与语音业务平台之间的电路;同时描述了该技术在号码携带实现中的应用。
The paper proposes the way through the expansion of ISUP signaling to achieve the shortest possible occupation of circuits between the switches and the voice-service-platform; also describes the technology in the implementation of number portability.
