军事养成教育与高校学生管理工作

随着科学技术的发展和人类社会的进步,大学生思想意识多元化日益突出,给高校学生管理工作提出了新的挑战。高校肩负着培养德、智、体、美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人的根本任务,高校的一切工作必须服从和服务于学生的发展成才。学生管理工作作为实现高校根本任务的重要组成部分,在学校整体工作中显得尤为重要。军事养成教育在高校学生管理工作中作用日益重要,其应用价值有待进一步研究,结合高校的工作实际,对军事养成教育的应用价值进行了初步研究。

Along with the development of science and technology and the progress of human society, college students＂ ideology diversification is increasingly outstanding, and brings new challenges to the college students＂ management. Colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of educating morality with intelligence, body, all-round development of socialist builders and successors. All work must be subordinated to and serve the students＂ growing up. Student management work as the important component of realizing the fundamental task of the whole school, and is very important. The role of military education in the college student management is increasingly important. Its application value is for further study. Combined with actual work, the military education application value is studied.
