机械工程训练中复合应用型人才培养的剖析

The Analysis of Compound and Application Talents Cultivation in Mechanical Engineering Training

工程训练是高等工科院校培养学生工程实践能力、工程意识、创新意识和创新能力,提高综合素质的重要实践性教学环节,也是培养复合型、应用型人才的有效途径。以机械工程训练为基础,分析了工程训练中人才培养的目标定位,构建了工程训练的实践教学体系,提出了工程训练中加强师资队伍建设和实践基地建设两方面措施,对复合型、应用型人才的培养进行了分析。

Engineering training is an important practice teaching for higher engineering colleges to cultivate students＂ engineering practiee ability, engineering consciousness, innovation consciousness and innovation ability, to improve the comprehensive quality, and also an effective way to cultivate compound and applieationtalents. Based on the mechanical engineering training, analyzing the cultivation objective and orientation of the talentstraining in engineering training, constructing the practice teaching system, putting forward two aspects measures which strengthen the construction of teaching staff and practice base construction in the engineering training, and analyzing the cultivation for the eomoound and aoDhcation talents.
