Analysis on the Traffic Conditions of Key Primary School in Harbin and Some Improvement Suggestions

在科技飞速发展,竞争日渐激烈的今天,孩子们之间的竞争也是如火如荼。家长们不惜一切代价为孩子选择一所好学校。这些重点小学本身处于城市的优良地段,车流量较大;很多家长使用私家车接送孩子使得交通情况更是雪上加霜。针对这种情况,本文从不同的角度出发,分别对交通管理部门,学校,家长等提出了一些改善意见,并对未来新建小学的选址问题提出建议。

With the rapid development of technology and the furious competition, the competition among children is increasingly fierce. Their parents will choose a good primary school for them at all costs. These school themselves are located in nice places where the traffic is heavier than other places; to make it worse, a large number of parents traveling by car to deliver and collect pupils. Based on all these problems, this passage gives some respective suggestions to traffic management, schools and parents from different angles. What is more, we also give some advises to the location of newly-construct primary school.
