摘要
将两次预防性更换刀具的生产过程作为一个生产周期,以周期内生产单位个合格零件各种损失费之和的期望值作为目标函数,并利用计算机求得结果,对问题3,采用等概率不等间隔的检查方式,得到了模型的优化解。
In this article, we have taken the work course of precautionary replacement of the cutting tools twice as a work cycle, and viewed the expectation value of various losses as the objective function for producing single standard spare parts in the cycle. And the result has been calculated with a computer. For question three, we obtained the optimum solution of the model by checking method of equal probability and unequal interval.
