轮式拖拉机总装线与电控接车下线设备的联锁控制装置设计与应用

摘要 通过运用光电传感控制原理,提供了一种用于轮式拖拉机总装线与电控接车下线设备的联锁控制装置,能够可靠地解决在总装线上完成总装后的待接车(下线)轮式拖拉机与电控接车下线设备接车台面上的已接车(下线)轮式拖拉机尾部相撞以及与正在倾转的接车台板尾部相撞的问题,且结构新颖简单,易于制作,易于配置,具有很好的使用价值。 Through photoelectric sensing control principle, we design an interlock control device for the wheeled tractor assembly line and electric rolling off equipment. The device can reliably solve collision problems, that is, the collision between the tractor whose assembly is finished on the wheeled tractor assemble line and the rear of the tractor on the platform of electric roiling off equipment, or the rear of the receiving platform which is tilting. In addition, the device has a novel structure, easy to assembly and manufacturing. It has a good use value.
