发动机惰齿轮轴零件工艺试验研究

摘要 通过对发动机惰性齿轮轴零件生产过程的试验研究,分析了渗碳工序对高频淬火工序的影响,对淬火硬度值低的形成原因和解决办法进行了探讨,提出了工艺改进措施。实践证明,该工艺方案可完全满足其技术要求。 Through experiment study on production process of engine idler shaft, the influences of carburizing process on high frequency quenching process were analyzed. The cause of formation and the solution of low quenching hardness were discussed in the paper. The improved process measures were put out. The results show that this process program can meet the technical requirements.
