摘要
【目的】了解学龄期哮喘儿童的疾病知识程度和自我处理行为的特性,并探讨哮喘儿童对症状的认知与自我处理行为的相关性。【方法】采用横断式描述性相关性研究设计,对象为厦门市三所三甲医院儿科哮喘门诊100位7~12岁的哮喘儿童,填写了哮喘知识量表和哮喘自我处理行为量表。【结果】1)与疾病知识和处理行为重要的相关因素为年龄、疾病的严重程度,呈正相关;2)疾病知识与自我处理行为呈中度的正相关。【结论】应加强学龄期哮喘儿童的知识认知及自我处理的能力。
[Objective] To investigate the characteristics of school-age children with asthma, the degree of disease knowledge and self-management behavior, and to explore the awareness of children with asthma symptoms and self-manage- ment behavior. [Method] A cross-sectional descriptive study design targeted at 100 7~12 years old asthmatic children from three top three hospital pediatric asthma clinic of Xiamen city,the asthma knowledge scale "and" asthma self-manage- ment behavior scale were filled out. [Results] 1) disease knowledge and treatment behavior-related factors as age,disease severity,showed a positive correlation. 2) the disease was significantly and positively related to knowledge and self-manage- ment behavior. [Conclusion] It should be to strengthen the knowledge of school-age children with asthma awareness and self-processing capacity.
