摘要
为了提高粉煤灰产品的附加值,拓展粉煤灰综合利用途径,以淮南电厂粉煤灰为研究对象,对原料进行了焙烧、酸化、碱化等处理,并运用化学分析方法和X衍射技术(XRD)对粉煤灰原样及其处理后样品的主要元素、矿物组成及晶型结构进行了研究,从而为淮南电厂粉煤灰的综合利用提供了一定的科学依据。结果表明:碱处理可以破坏粉煤灰中的玻璃体结构,并释放出活性SiO2和Al2O3,对粉煤灰脱杂或释放有用活性成分有利,使得粉煤灰高附加值利用成为可能。
To improve the added value of products prepared from fly ash, increase utilization methods, taking the fly ash in Huainan power plant as sample, treat the raw material by roasting, acid and alkali. Then analyse the original samples and treated samples using chemical analysis and X- ray diffraction ( XRD ), study the main elements, mineral composition and crystal structure of fly ash, which provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of fly ash. The results show that, alkali treatment destroy the vitreous body structure of fly ash and release the active SiO2 and Al2O3. It helps to take off the impurity, release active ingredient advantage, increase the added value of fly ash.
