摘要
利用德图(testo-350XL)烟气分析仪,在型号为YJW5900-J的水煤浆有机热载体炉上,进行了过量空气系数α、还原剂添加量对NOx排放影响的实验研究。研究表明:水煤浆燃烧无需另外掺入还原剂即可实现选择性非催化还原反应;通过控制过量空气系数便可使NOx排放达标。这是中小型工业锅炉脱硝的有效手段,可使锅炉烟气排放达到国家排放标准。
Study the effect of excess air coefficient, de-oxidation additive amount on NOx emission with the help of coal water mixture organic heat transfer material heater whose type is YJW5900-J and the flue gas analyzer ( testo- 350XL-Germany). The results show that,without additional reductive reagent,the selectivity un-catalytic reaction of coal water mixture goes well,the NOx emission can be controlled by adjusting the excess air coefficient. This method guarantees that the NOx emission meet the national discharge standards.
