摘要
某广场大型地下室面积约13.3万m2,由塔楼、裙房相连的多层箱式框剪结构组成。因地处临海,筏板基础抗浮力不足,故用锚杆加强。整个底板除后浇带外,不设伸缩缝。在主体结构完成后,发现底板出现开裂与渗漏水,在长达13个月内,经多次堵漏补强也未能根治。通过调查,这次事故的原因错综复杂,其中结构计算错误和防水构造不当是主要的。这再次告诫我们,应重视主体结构(即防水混凝土)的设计与施工质量,在此基础上才能实现"刚柔相济",确保使用功能和耐久年限。
The area of a basement is about 133,000 square meters, consist of multi-layer box-type fi.ame-shear superstructure, and connected to the towers and podium. Raft foundation is located close to the seashore, the anti-buoyancy is insufficient, therefore, the anchor was used to strengthen it. The entire floor no expansion joints except the after pouring belt. After the completion of the main structure, it was found that the chassis cracked and leakage. Up to 13 months, repeated plugging, repairing and strengthening were failed. Through the survey, the reasons of the accident are intricate, improper structure calculations and waterproof construction is the major reasons. This once again reminded us that we should pay attention to the design and construction quality of the main structure (waterproof concrete ), and on this basis, in order to achieve the hardness and softness, to ensure that the use of functional and durable life.
