KSH-D温拌沥青添加剂在库-阿高速公路上的应用

Application of KSH - D Warm Mix Asphalt Additive on Kuqa - Aksu Highway

针对新疆地区昼夜温差大、冬季漫长、施工季节短等特点,尝试采用KSH-D温拌沥青添加剂,在库车-阿克苏高速公路精河互通段上进行温拌沥青混合料试锗,以保证沥青混凝土路面的压实度,延长施工季节。工程应用检验表明:采用KSH-D温拌沥青添加荆生产的温拌沥青混合料,满足现行规范对相应热拌沥青混合料的指标要求,同时可显著降低拌和、摊铺、压实温度,减少有毒有害气体和烟尘排放、改善施工环境。

For Xingjiang area has big temperature difference between day and night,and it is hot in summer and cold in long winter with very dry climate and short construction season,the test pavement on the Jing He Section of Kuqa - Aksu Highway used KSH - D warm mix asphalt additive to ensure the asphalt pavement compact and the construction season extended.The result showed that the performance of KSH - D warm mix asphalt additive met the requirements of current specifications for warm mix asphalt Meanwhile,the mixing, paving,compaction temperature could be significandy reduced,the harmful gases and soot emissions could be remarkably decreased and the construction environment would be improved gready.
