推拿按摩配合药物治疗小儿厌食症疗效分析

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect on Infantile Anorexia Treated by Massage Combined with Medicine

目的:观察推拿按摩法配合药物治疗小儿厌食症的疗效和安全性。方法:106例按1∶1随机分为治疗组53例和对照组53例,治疗组在给予常规药物帮助消化的基础上,再推拿按摩治疗;对照组仅给予常规药物治疗。两组疗程均为30天。结果:总有效率治疗组94.34%,对照组84.91%,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床观察中治疗组未发现有不良反应。结论:推拿按摩配合药物治疗小儿厌食症安全有效。

Objective：Efficacy and safety of evaluation of massage therapy for infantile anorexia.Methods：According to the study inclusion and exclusion criteria,select 106 cases of patients with infantile anorexia,106 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（53 cases）,randomized controlled trials.The treatment group received conventional drugs to help digestion,giving Chinese medicine practices massage therapy.The control group received conventional drug therapy.The two groups of patients a course of 30 days.Results：The total effective rate of 94.34%,control group the total effective rate of 84.91%,the two groups of patients the efficacy of a statistically significant difference,P0.05.Clinical observation did not find any toxic side effects and adverse effects of treatment group.Conclusions：Chinese traditional massage treatment of infantile anorexia safe and effective.
