温潜糖肾方治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全临床研究

Clinical Study on Diabetic Renal Insufficiency Treated by Wenqian Tangshen Decoction

目的:观察温潜糖肾方治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用温潜糖肾方。结果:总有效率治疗组77.5%、对照组55.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候总积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),两组血肌酐及血尿素氮均降低,但治疗组血肌酐下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:温潜糖肾方治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全有较好疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on diabetic renal insufficiency treated by Wenqian Tangshen Decoction.Method：80 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly.40 cases in each group were treated by conventional therapy.The study group were treated with Wenqian Tangshen Decoction in addition.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 77.5 % while that of the control group was 55.0 %.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The improvement of the total index of TCM symptoms was superior to that of the control group（P0.01）.The serum creatinine and the blood urea nitrogen in both groups decreased,but the serum creatinine of the study group decreased more significantly than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Wenqian Tangshen Decoction has good therapeutic effect on diabetic renal insufficiency.
