急性有机磷中毒的护理体会

目的探讨有机磷中毒的发病机制及护理要点。方法将12例有机磷农药中毒患者按不同的中毒途径分析护理要点。彻底清除毒物,迅速建立静脉通路,早期、足量、快速给药。结果通过积极治疗和完善护理,本组12例患者均取得满意的效果。结论根据有机磷中毒起病急、发展快的特点严格遵守用药原则,严密监测生命体征,做到全方位的完善护理。
