采用气相色谱法测定α-萘乙酸含量

将α 萘乙酸甲酯化 ,采用气相色谱法测定α 萘乙酸甲酯 ,从而测定α 萘乙酸的含量 .实验中选择了最佳色谱分析条件 ,色谱柱为 2 m× 3mm不锈钢柱 ,内填 8% E 30 / chromosorb W(A .W.DMCS) 6 0～ 80目 ,柱温 :2 50℃ ,正六十烷作内标 ,用外标法定量 .实验数据说明该方法测定结果准确 .实验操作过程简便 ,是一种较好的α 萘乙酸含量的测定方法 .

Naphthyl acetic acid was esterified.The methyl α naphthyl acetate producted was determined by GC.So the content of α naphthyl acetic acid was got.The best GC condition was used.The colmn was 2 m×3 mmi.d.Stainless steel pipe.packed with 8% SE 30/chromosorb W(A.w.DMCS)60～80目.Colmn temperture was at 250℃.n hexadecane was internal standard.External standard method was used to determine content.The data explained that the results were right.Experiment process was simple.It is a good method for determining α naphthyl acetic acid.
