提高赤霉酸产率的发酵实验

The Fermentation Expenment of Raising of the Productivityof Gibberelic Acid

通过实验 ,发现在赤霉菌的发酵培养基中添加 0 .3%和 0 .4 %的 CH3 COONa能提高赤霉酸 (GA )产率 15%～ 2 6 % ,添加 3%～ 6 %的 RP物质 ,能大大提高赤霉酸的产率 ,3%的双菌混合发酵亦较为明显 ,且以双菌加 RP物质复合发酵效果显著 .

The paper indicates that 0.3 percent and 0.4 percent CH3COONa is added respectively to medium fermented with Gibberella,which can raise the preduce rate of Gibberellic acid by 15 and 26 percent respectivdy.Its rate of produce is enormously raised when RP substance (its content from 3 to 6 percent)is added.The combined ferment of 3 percent two kinds of microbes has apparent effect,and the complex ferment of two kinds of microbes with RP substance has markedly effect.
