摘要
合成了两种含二环己酮草酰二腙桥的新型双核钴配合物 [Co2 (BCO) (phen) 4](ClO4 ) 4和 [Co2(BCO) (NO2 _phen) 4](ClO4 ) 4,BCO =二环己酮草酰二腙 ,phen =1,10_邻菲咯啉 ,NO2 _phen =5_硝基_1,10_邻菲咯啉 .使用元素分析、IR、UV_Vis光谱和摩尔电导测定方法对配合物进行了表征 ,确定了配合物的组成并推断了Co(Ⅱ )离子的配位环境 .抗菌活性实验结果表明 ,桥联配体BCO虽然有一定的杀菌活性 。
Two new binuclear cobalt (Ⅱ) complexes, namely [Co 2(BCO)(phen) 4](ClO 4) 4 and [Co 2(BCO)(NO 2_phen) 4](ClO 4) 4. BCO, phen and NO 2_phen denotes biscyclohexanone oxalyidihydrazone, 1,10_phenanthroline and 5_nitro_1,10_phenanthroline respectively, have been synthesized by using biscyclohexanone oxalyldihydrazone as bridged ligand. Based on the elemental analyses, IR, electronic spectra and molar conductance, the complexes have been characterized and the coodinated environment of cobalt (Ⅱ) has been proposed. The antibacterial activities of the two complexes and BCO have been measured. The results show that the antibacterial activities of the binuclear complexes are superior to the chelating agent.
