摘要
分析了高电压工作中 IGBT串联运行时导致端电压静态和动态不均衡的种种原因 ,给出了几种改善端电压不均衡的具体控制措施和电路 ,主要给出了对称均压电路和驱动控制均衡电路 .经实际应用表明效果良好 .
The reasons of overvoltage imbalancing of series connection of IGBT's in high voltage system are analysed,some methods and circuits to achieve voltage balancing are given,good results are achieved in application.
