摘要
对高压静电场中植物细胞的生长、染色体及电导率的影响进行了研究 .结果表明 :一定强度的静电场能够增加中期细胞指数 ,缩短细胞有丝分裂周期 ,提高细胞分裂速度 ,产生植物细胞的多核现象 .能够引起植物细胞的染色体畸变 ,并且影响细胞的膜透性 ,导致蛋白质的电导率发生变化 .
Plant cells growth,chromosome and conductivity influenced by high voltage electrostatic field were researched in this paper,These observations have shown that cells metaphase index and caused coenocyte for electrostatic field of certainly stuength and that is result in cells chromosome,membrane permeability and protein conductivity could be changed.
