在建立流通费用、生产费用数学函数关系式的基础上 ,对为了优化经济结构 ,如何优化配置流通与生产、如何处理流通与生产发展的关系进行了数学方法计量分析 .分析表明 ,优化配置流通与生产 ,合理布局经济系统 ,可以提高生产的专业化水平 ,促进流通效率与生产效率的提高 ,从而优化经济结构 .

This paper, on the basis of establishment of the function relationship of the cost of circulation and production, gives a metrological analysis on how to dispose the circulation and production optimizationally and how to deal with the relationship between the circulation and the development of production in order to optimize the economic construction. It makes clear that to optimize the economic construction is to dispose the circulation and production optimizationally, to distribute the economic systems rationally, to improve the level of the production specialization and to promote the improvement of the effciency of circulation and production.
